Got 3 positive OPKs in a row on tues, wed, thurs two weeks ago, so last one was 17 days ago. Didn't temp so don't know exactly when I ovulated. Continued having sex until the Sunday, so 14 days ago. Was expecting my period around 3 days ago, had the usual brown discharge starting 6 days ago and 3 days ago had one afternoon of heavy brown discharge, but no bleeding and no need for protection. Then lighter brown and for last two days just normal discharge. Sorry if TMI!!

So although I feel completely normal, did a preg test today. V dilute urine. Within ten mins I thought I saw the faintest wee shadow of a line. I've put it here and it may be my imagination but when you invert can you see a v faint green line? Did a test 2 days ago and def BFN.

I know time will tell and I have probably just missed a period as one of those things but been TTCing 11 months now for DC2 and it would be really nice not to have to visit docs next month!!!

Those tests are extremely sensitive. I'm really sorry I don't see a line either.

Those tests are really terrible to read, test with something else, even tesco value aren't bad, red dye preferable and use FMU. Good luck :)

I can see a line without inverting it Perhaps test again tomorrow and hopefully it'll be a bit darker...

So now what are the chances of this sticking at not getting a BFP until 16 ish DPO and having had some brown discharge?

I can see a line on your first test when you invert it like you said. There is a more visible line on the 2nd test.

Maybe brown discharge was implantation bleeding? Could you have ov'd later than you thought so maybe not as late as possible?

Try to leave it another couple of days before testing again, hopefully the line will be nice and dark.
