Hi all, am also 7dpo and succumbed to ordering a first response test so it should come today! Technically it says it can detect the pregnancy hormone 6 days before your period due soooooo, I could test on Sunday?????? Think I might BUT it's my husbands 40th next weekend and being VERY selfish I'm thinking maybe I should just leave the testing till after his 40th as I can then drink! I've booked a night away in a 5 star hotel so typical timing on my part, ha ha! Who am I kidding, I'll be testing on Sunday as have no patience!

feeling a bit down today :( not sure if just hormones, feeling negative about getting a bfn and or that im weaning off anti-d's at the same time or all at once more than likely!
got no cramps or any symptoms today which has kind of disappointed me as have had so much cramping/bloating etc for the last few days.
Arggh crazy body!

Humph, I gave in and did a test this morning... Bfn 3 days till AF and now a few hours later I have spotting, which a tiny part if me thinks, oooh could be implantation... but think its more likely to be AF gearing up to do her worst. Not impressed but will wait and see how the rest of the day brings.

hope its implantation tick tick, let us know if it carries on or not. how many dpo are you now?

Thanks Kitkat, I will try to keep you posted, still not sure what's going on! I'm about 9/10 dpo but not certain as I wasn't doing opk as often as I should have. How are you and your symptoms doing?

Feeling the pain with those who have only just stopped pill. This is my first cycle without microgynon and I have no idea what to expect! Now I'm even doubting myself on when I think I ovulated. I was on the pill for 10 years I can't remember what it w like before!
Don't think this will be my month :( I know it's early days for us but I'm very impatient!

The urge to POAS has hit me hard today, but luckily I have none in the house and no opportunity to get to a shop, so no chance to feed my addiction! I said I would wait till Sat next week to test, which is 8 days away...there is no way I'll be able to wait that long if AF doesn't come.
Don't worry about no symptoms kitkat, when I got preggo with my first I didn't have any till around day AF was due and lots of people don't get any till about 6 weeks. How's it going ticktick any developments?

Good going lady! I wish I had the will power... I'm a nurse so too many sticks around! I'm limiting myself to once a day...

Ooh it's getting exciting on this post! I caved today and did a cheap test and I had the most faintest of lines which is only visible to crazy ladies eyes I'm only 7dpo

That is really exciting Squeaky! You are tempting me into trying it now! Are you going to do another one in the morning?!

Yeah I will do one a day now to hopefully watch it get darker! You do run the risk of knowing too much too soon when you test early though but I just can't help myself x

Thanks for everyone's nice wishes but it looks like I'm out of the May club now. I dont think this could be implantation, its gotten heavy now. Pants. Got home from Germany earlier today, my DH had tidied the bedroom and put fresh sheets on the bed ready for my return, wink wink..... Nothing like sparkling white bed sheets to provoke AF!!!

It's not good squeaky, definitely too much temptation and far too much info as DH a DR as well .. I gave up this evening and had a few have an inner feeling it isn't my month. I'm (I think) 8 dpo, but not entirely sure as first cycle post pill... Is it bad to keep drinking till ++ arrives?!

ClimbergirlI would love to be married to a Dr. I am a complete hypochondriac. I had last night too. Felt a bit guilty, but seems silly to give it up for something that might not be there! I also have feeling I'm not as well. Had no real EWCM this month to speak of, so think that's what's made me think it hasn't happened. Also I have boob pain at front, which I read means estrogen is dominant and you haven't ovulated...so now I think I don't ovulate anymore (see hypochondriac) STEP AWAY FROM DR GOOGLE. This is why I need to be married to a real Dr as well!!
Sorry to hear this isn't your month ticktick. Have lots of wine, coffee and undercooked red meat to make yourself feel better

Looks like I'm out too . Light bleeding and cramping pains which is a typical cycle for me. On to next month......... Didn't really expect it to happen first month anyway. Also looking forward to an update from squeaky and hoping everyone else having lots of symptoms

I did one this morning but the line is still like it was yesterday! Very very faint and pretty much un photographable! Still only 8dpo though so ages to torment myself yet!

Another faint line sounds very promising to me Squeaky 8dpo is very early, I reckon lots of people would not be getting anything that early. Doesn't Hcg double every 48 hours? Tomorrow morning may well bring a darker line! I have to go to Boots today to get some more conception vitamins...dangerous...I will walk past the POAS aisle with my eyes closed!

Aw sorry for you girls where af had turned up. But next month will be later babies so less winter with a newborn which can only be good :) every cloud had a silver lining! I have no symptoms today at all - very depressing. Really doubting this was our month. Desperate to test but also don't dare. 8dpo today.
A line is a line squeaky and the fact that you can see it again today on a different test is really good.

Ladyflower get some tests and lock them in a box and give you partner the key lol

This has been our 2nd month ttc, and AF is due today. This will be my first child, so as you can imagine I'm relatively new to all this. Been having some strange symptoms this week, which are briefly:
Feeling nauseous all week
Itchy nipples which feel like pins are being stuck into them
Very bizarre, vivid dreams
Feel hot in the night and when I wake up
Big bloated belly
Bigger breasts, and I can see a vein on my right breast
The Montgomery gland thingies are sticking out and the ones on my nipples are white at the ends
I've had period-like cramps on my left side for the last seven days, felt like AF was on her way for last three days, but nothing!
Many more trips to the loo than usual
I also had a strop at a lady in a shop yesterday and I stormed out, which is not me at all, I'm usually very very laid back and chilled out!
Oh, and the cat will not leave me alone!!!

I tested yesterday morning (day before I was due) and got a BFN
Is it me? Am I going mad? As it's the first time I've ever had to go through any of this, your help would be much appreciated x

Hullkat I have been having really weird and vivid dreams. Each one has had a baby in (not mine) but that may just be because of babies on my mind lol. All of my dreams have also switched over to have some separatedream with some awful violence in too. Very strange and iit's 3 days in a row now and can remember each of them!

Ha ha kitkat, two of my dreams have been about babies and the others about really bizarre stuff also very violent and nasty so ikwym totally, really strange that we have both had that!! I'm just really perplexed about the BFN tbh! Baby dust to all those still in this time x
