Terrible pain at END of period?

I never seem to get this. I have bled a day longer than usual and my pain is so much worse. I never had a positive test this month so it can't be that. Do any of you have bad pain at the end? I've been having my period for 20 years (I'm 30) and never had this before. Just wanted to put my mind at rest. Thank you ladies X

Anyone? It's pretty bad and very out of the ordinary.

I've never experienced that myself…my pain tends to have gone by CD3 and it's the only bit of my cycle when I don't actually have cramps…well, until Ovulation.
Are you sure it's period pain and not kidney's or something weird? Sorry, but no other thoughts….

Thanks for your reply!! No, I'm pretty sure it's nothing like that. Sorry, I know it was a weird question but I've never had this before. Now I'm experiencing (sorry TMI) a lot of clear CM. Not EWCM. I suppose it's just a bit of an odd month...

This happened to me ( pain worse at end of period - very unusual) - ended up having ovarian dermoid cyst removed.

Really? Was it dangerous and how long did it take you to go to the doctor?
