I have been feeling really sick for the past few days the same sick feeling I had with morning sickness what are the chances I have had The implant for about9 months do you think it's my mind playing tricks

I know this is a really 'boring' answer but no contraception is 100% effective, so it's unlikely but not impossible. The only way you are really going to know is to take a test, which if nothing else may help put your mind at rest.
