I've never ever noticed this before (and I've had three babies, and constantly looked for signs when ttc them!)... But last month, in the middle of the cycle, I had ewcm.

This month, it happened again, and yesterday I... Erm... Went to the toilet and there was a huge abundance of it

DP has been working away unfortunately so the only time we've dtd was last night and this morning.

Are we still in for a chance??

Oh man. Now I have EWCM confusion.

Had the pinching twinch last night so dtd, but then when I've come to bed I went to loo and had the most EWCM yet.

DH on is way home from work (4 hrs late). I've had stern words, he's going to feel crap and yet I think we need to bonk. Crap crap. I just want to go to sleep.

Maybe last night will be enough because that was the egg releasing

Did you dtd allchat? Don't forget sperm can survive up to 7 days in ewcm. Although tmi but maybe it was sperm?? Good luck though, when are you testing? I'm thinking 10th if AF doesn't show...

No, haven't done it since weds night when I had the pinching feeling! Had EWCM every day since and on Friday is was like dripping out (sorry tmi), but it just hasn't been possible. Got parents staying this weekend too and we're sleeping in different rooms! Gutting.

I wouldn't test till the 15th I think. Early testing is too upsetting for me and pretty sure we're not in for a good shot as we've only done it 3 times and 2 of those were insemination (sorry tmi again!) cos he was so tired from work it was easier! I can pray, but don't have good feeling.

That ewcm late in cycle is a bit confusing. Unless you were ill or something, I'm not sure why your body would have delayed the big O?

FF has put me down as ovulating on Friday which is annoying because that means there was a full 48 hours before any little lads went up there. I did use a new fertility gel though, so I'm going to pray (again!)

Yeh it does seem weird, after breastfeeding my cycles do seem to be pretty on track, wi an average of 28 days. It was nowhere near as much EWCM as last Monday so I don't think (keeps fingers crossed) that it was O.

Ahh do you dtd 48 hours after you think you may have ovulated? Did you do before did you say? Apparently that's more Important anyway. Aargh why does testing day/AF seem so far away?!

I dtd 48 hrs before. Basically felt that pinching pain which I assumed was the egg being released on CD14, so did it that night, but FF says I O'd on the Friday. I must admit I had so much pain on Friday. I was trying to clean the house and had to keep sitting down. I will hang on to hope because theres every chance the little boys were still alive and kicking on the Friday. I just have that sinking feeling that I've let another month slip without dtd enough. DH away until Fri morning now. Need to try and just forget about it. I'm useless.

Do you normally get pains with O?

:0 no more of that talk... You're far from useless!! I think people assume its easy to get pregnant, but it's really not. You're doing fine (my DP is away too!).

I've read that the swimmers can live up to SEVEN days in the right conditions, so fingers crossed your 48 hours is nothing. It's better to have them in place than to do it on ovulation day and risk missing the egg ( which is what I think I've done).

I may get pains with O, or I may not... I really couldn't tell, because every day this months I've had general pains in that area . Wish I had more obvious signs.

what dpo are you? ever had it before?

I reckon I'm 5 or 6 dpo. I've had some cramping, but I'm trying not to read anything into it. I normally start getting period cramps on about 8dpo then I get my period after 14 dpo. So, I have thought it is a little early, but to scared to think positively.

Pains have been there today again - almost like pulling/tugging/burning/dull ache. I had this last month and still got AF :( however I've had similar to this before and ended up being pregnant. I hate the not knowing. Banning google for the next few days!

I THINK I'm 9dpo, maybe 8. It's hard not to get your hopes up isn't it?

With DC3 I started getting obsessed so I wrote a list of every "pregnancy" symptom, and then a list of what it probably was ie nausea = eaten too much and cramps = impending AF. Sounds a little embarrassing but it stopped me building too much hope and actually, I ended up having a BFP not long after I wrote that...

According to Dr. Google I'm pregnant, due on my period, have a kidney infection or an ovarian cyst soooo definitely not searching anymore! Ha

Yep, ignore google! We sound very similar with the pains.
First time I was pregnant I didn't find out until about 7 weeks as I thought the cramping meant my period was coming.

Second time, I knew the cramps and had a Bfp.

That was over 5 years ago now and I can't remember what those pains really felt like. A few cycles ago, I was convinced I was going to get a Bfp and didn't. It's excruciating because I try to explain that I can't forget about things in the 2ww because I have constant cramping.

It's not easy. When will you test?

Yes similar pains, and I've had mine since about 5dpo too. So maybe we're both going to get the same result?

Wow, didn't find out until 7 weeks... That's serious willpower! With my three, I NEVER had a negative, then a positive. Always tested once, about three days late, and got a positive very quickly. So if I ever get a BFN, I just know that's it for me.

Maybe you should keep a diary or something? Nothing excessive, just like your daily symptoms and you can compare each month. I did one when ttc for dc3 and I keep having a sneaky read seems I had more symptoms then than now.

I will probably test on Tuesday 10th, but only if I haven't started AF (obviously) and only because I've got a leftover test in the bathroom cupboard!

What about you? Are you still waiting until the 15th? I'm nervous already... Hate BFNs! For some reason they make me feel like my body isn't working properly and that I'm not "woman" enough... Which is crazy as I already have three!

Yep, I am tracking a little. Been using FF for about 4 cycles, so I note what days I have definite cramping. Only track the cramps and cm. nothing new in cm.

I hate it so so much. I'll probably test on 14th cos that's the day after my period due. I have IC's though and usually cave around 13 Dpo then feel like shit until AF arrives.

It's soooo easy to cave in when you have ic's in the cupboard. I so nearly bought a frer today but they had none. I had some really nasty pains today, if its not pregnancy related then I'm a bit worried tbh!

Aargh this is the slowest week ever, I swear. Doesn't help that DP is working away. How are you getting on?

I had a crazy moment today... Didn't wear a coat to do the school run and one of the mums asked why the hell I didn't have one on (it was freezing!) I told her I felt really hot in the car so took it off and she said "Ooohh you're not pregnant are you?!" The look I must have given her was priceless. Like the penny was literally dropping!! I'm probably not though... I just seem to be prone to hot flushes! Ugh...

Hiya. I'm okish. Been having AF cramps since around Dpo 5/6 now. I think I'm out because I reckon the month I don't get them is the month I'll get lucky. I've been googling 'continuous cramping after ovulation up until period' and it seems pretty common. I just wonder how I didn't spot it before ttc. So I feel a bit glum. Like knowing I'm out this month, but having to wait another week for period then bleed for a week bla bla bla.

Wish I had a hot flush. I'm bloody freezing.

I think it is common, but that it could lead to either AF or a BFP. Although saying that, I've got a feeling I'm going to get a BFN on tues then maybe a slighty late period. You know, just to stress me out even more?!

I hope you're not out this month- but if you are, you could drink on Christmas I suppose?! With my first baby (due August) my morning sickness started on Christmas Day, oh and I had to turn down the champagne without trying to raise suspicions. Think of the positives of not being pregnant!

Not having a washing machine is hell! Gosh your DP really does not stop long! You must be pretty tough to look after the kids on your own so much!

I hope it's right about the cramps, but I just know in my heart it's a bfn. I think if they were pregnancy cramps they would start later?

I'm ok about argument now. It's just tough because we've been through quite a lot in the last few years and I suppose there's quite a lot of baggage, so sometimes it becomes and bit more heated and nasty than its meant to if you know what I mean.

My dd was born late July, but I can't really remember when the morning sickness started. I do recall it went on till about 17 weeks. It was all day though. Started about 9.30am and didn't go until I was asleep. Think I spent most that time going to bed at like 7.30, just so I could escape the sickness. Horrid. But I'd do it all I'm a heartbeat now. I just yearn for another baby so much. Really feel my clock ticking.
