Does ov usually happen on last day of ewcm?

Hi all. Didn't use opks this month so trying to work out when I ov'd. I had ewcm from cd13-16 so is it likely I ov'd on cd16?

Yes i would say that is most likely the day you ovulated.

Thanks, kit. I had oodles of ewcm on cd15 and hardly anything on cd16.

Hhm in that case late on day 15 is perhaps more likely if that was your peak ewcm day? Hard to tell exactly when it happens really. Mine tends to dry up overnight after peak day.

Yes, true. I wish we had a little alarm that beeped at the moment of ovulation!!

I'm wondering the same thing. I'd guess from what I've read you ov'd cd15/16 too. Did cm dry up completely or did you get the watery stuff too? I'm quite new to all the symptom spotting of ov etc but thought I'd put in my pennies worth! Good luck had hope you've caught this month :)

I've been tracking my temp and cm on FertilityFriend. It's excellent. It shows however that I had EWCM the day after I ovulated. Where there is uncertainly the advice is to keep DTD until you're sure you've ovulated or until the EWCM dries up!

It totally dried up on cd17 but on cd18 I had one random day of ewcm so we dtd for another two days. All in all, dtd on cd11, 13-16, 18, 19.

Same with me ovulated on cd16, bbt shot up the next day and has remained high ever since, however I had more EWCM on cd17 than any other day! We were knackered trying but carried on until cd19!

millsy When did your ewcm start? Interesting to hear you had more ewcm after ovulation.

Looking back at my chart it only started the day I thought I was ovulating cd16 but in fact it was more obvious the next day cd15. Cd 14 and 15 I was dry! To be honest I find it hard to judge as I don't get very much anyway. been trying to drink much more water to try and keep more hydrated as may help. Without charting my temperature I would have thought I'd ovulated on cd17 or cd18 but my temperature is saying something different, cd16 instead! Not too dissimilar to you. I am seeing an acupuncturist who says the BBT is more accurate and that it's not very uncommon to have EWCM the day after. It's so confusing!

So it basically could have been any day,then!
