all of mine have been good sleepers, but my sister's little boy was a nightmare. she didn't get a full night's sleep until he was nearly 3.
each time i hyave been pg she laughs and says you won't be so lucky this time, but have been so far.
Incidentally, I won't have a chance to get broody after all as found out I am pg again yesterday. (already!)

None of mine slept particularly well. Still bf'ing in the night at least 3 times a night at a year (DD1 was 16 mths and still feeding heaps in the night.)
Still doesn't stop me wanting more. It's such a short time in the whole scheme of things plus I think you just get used to less sleep and constantly feeling tired.

Maybe I would think differently if I actually got pg.

Wishing you a happy and healthy pregnancy cazboldy (sp ?

Any ideas when you are due?

Hi all- so glad to hear I'm not the only one struggling with this-
I'm in exactly the same boat as you, Kristina M, in that I HATED being pregnant and more or less the first year of each of my DDs- but now DD1 is nearly 4 and Dd2 nearly 2, and by hell I'm broody- never was with either of Dds, bizarrely- got preg with DD2 so quickly after nightmare experience with dd1 simply because I thought I'd better get back in the saddle otherwise I never would.. but NOW I'm all over the place wanting a third. DH is adamant that we have a great set up at the mo, DDs civilised and easy now compared to squalling babes (and by hell mine did squall, didn't sleep, bad feeders, wouldn't take bottle so Bfed both for a year although hated it etc etc)so DH thinks I am INSANE for wanting another. We'd need new car etc etc, could end up with quins, a babe with problems; I've heard all the (many) arguments against the idea and I'm still obsessed. A friend recently said if I'm thinking about it like this now it will only get worse...but I'm a crap mum to little ones and know I would struggle like crazy with another newborn...HELP
