Reassurance please - implantation bleed. Brown blood turned into red!

I have had a faint line come up on a pregnancy test this morn, super faint yesterday. Brown blood in pants, all good, however brown blood now turned red

In my first pregnancy I had the brown implantation blood and nothing more. This conception has been different though as in still nursing and my LP was short.

I'm now on CD 30, expected my period 3 days ago. My cervix is still high, but I'm worried I am experiencing a chemical pregnancy and will bleed out.

Because I don't want to keep running to the toilet checking and I have no pads, I've put in a mooncup and plan on checking it periodically.

Any kind words of reassurance or is time only going UK tell on this one? Xxx

Hi sebs, didn't want to read & run, but think you're going to have to wait and see. I too had an implantation bleed in my first pregnancy, second time had bleeding from 4days after af due, positive test 2d beforehand. In my case it didn't work out, but that is not to say that the same will happen to you. In some respects the early tests don't do us any favours, in our mothers' generation chemical pg didn't exist. Hope you have good news soon, I have my fingers crossed for you.
