Possible to have a BFN after AF due and still be pregnant....?

Have all the symptoms (sore boobs, nausea, tiredness) - had two miscarriages already this year so am a bit desperate to be pg. My AF is only 1 day late so might i be testing too early? So convinced I was pregnant! Can't believe it's come up negative.

Has this happened to anyone else before but they've been pregnant?

If I'm truly honest and I know everyone will come on with their stories of bfps days later etc etc which I'm sure are all true it's still far more likely that you're not pregnant I'm really trying to be kind as I went through the same thing a few months ago a week late in the end and it was torture!! I think best thing to do is assume not pg, and if you were it would be much better to be pleasantly shocked than keep thinking what if what if for af to rear her ugly head. Sorry for your loses xxx

I'd happily believe the test if I wasn't getting symptoms. And I'm not so desperate to be pg that I'd invent them. I never feel nauseous unless I'm ill or pg. It's hard to make myself think I'm not pregnant with everything else that's happening with my body but I'll try... am also slightly paranoid about ectopic pg as have mild endometriosis.

I never get a bfp until I'm 3 - 4 days late. Best of luck!

thanks nation and spookfish. in past pregnancies i've never tested before i've been about a week late so I don't really have anything to compare it with. I guess I'll try again in 3 days if AF still hasn't come...

Ooops - i initially read this as you'd had AF and still thought you might be pg (possible, but a lot less likely!). As it is, definitely possible. I was two weeks late once before I got BFP.
