Oh no, I don't think you'll get any negativity. It's not like there's some magic age to have a baby, you've just got to do what's right for you.

I'm just remembering how immature I was when I was 19 though . I think I was either drunk or hungover for the entire year. I'd never had a boyfriend and I was just a bit crazy. Fortunately I met DH when I was 20 and started to calm down! But I'm not sure I've done any more maturing for the last...8 or 9 years. I think I got stuck at 22.

I'm mentally stuck at 23... I was engaged at 19 too now been happily married for nearly 5 years. Couldn't imagine TTC at that age though how mature you must be Emily I still have a lot of growing up to do but I'm putting it off.

Just got a BFN this morning, so hopping on this bus for the month and I bring us all chocolate cake for the journey! I've been trying for 1 year now and each month is getting harder to see only the 1 line on the stick instead if that wonderful cross. I dont think ive even been close to being pregnant in that time. We have an appt for fertility clinic at beginning of July so fingers crossed they r gonna be able to help us as I'm 37 and feel I'm running out of time. Hope that we r all on the lucky bus this month and good luck to u all xx

Am a big kid like haha am not like a old women! Minnie mouse obsseed! But mature for my age! Haha everyones diffrent i guess! Being around children all time from age 16 helps too haha x

I didn't get engaged until I was 27 (but then got married quickly). I'd just felt too young until then and I'd been thinking more about going travelling than about settling down. It doesn't really help that my friends are still doing the travelling and not settling down!

Emily I had my first at 19 (albeit unplanned!) my second when he was 2yrs 4mths and I had just turned 22. Now I am 25, have been married for 2 months and ttc #3.

If my calculations are correct I am ovulating either yesterday or today. Dh went off to France yesterday so I made him dtd before he left!! He phoned me and said he got caught speeding so he is in the serious dog house now so it's just as well we don't need to have sex for the next few weeks!

Did u make him late coz u were dtd and that's why he had to speed? Oops!!

Haha no. He went to his friends yesterday and they all did whatever they do and left for the ferry at 3 am this morning! It was today he got caught speeding.

Ladies I'm due to ov around Wednesday and we don't get back from the caravan until Monday, if we don't manage a quickie while away do you think dtd Monday thru Friday will be enough?

somedaysoon roses were worth the 20 year wait ...makes the 2ww seem like nothing! I'm gonna say their entrance was the best, to a piper with a rainbow bursting from heaving across the Glasgow sky before I wanna b adored come on. Joy! That s me finished work till Monday now and sunbathing whilst toddler naps. Today's humiliating work moment was when u found out a colleague who i dknt c that much was 7 months opreg. Tiny bump so no idea! Embarrassment quickly followed by a wave if jealousy... she's only back from mat leave in Feb and made out that husband just needs to look at her. Irritatingly smug !!!

i'm ttc #2, cycle 1, fertile around now, so i guess BFP in 2 weeks?
have had 2 miscarriages, one daughter, and a husband undergoing cancer treament for the past few months, so a long break from TTC and now back on it today.
am excited, but am also 38 so it might take a while!

Lots of new folk on here today, hello all!

Ov is ridiculously late for me this month - am CD 17 and only got EWCM for the first time yesterday, so on previous experience will probably ov today (normally CD14 like clockwork, but last month was about CD16). Typically, I am actually away from DH tonight, but have been dtd daily all week, so hopefully that will do. Will probably have one more go for luck tomorrow night too, in case ov is a bit later than expected.

managed to DTD last night! yeayy! fingers crossed

apprentice same for me : did not get smiley face with OPK as yet, but according to mymonthlycycles.com I am OVing, and thought to myself: sod it lets have some fun!
also trying to take a more relaxed approach as last month was mad: I've used up so many pregnancy tests and all came back BFN, so have decided no to waste my money this month!! Was constantly obsessing with the symptoms spotting and just was not able to do or think of anything else!!!

Off to the caravan first thing tomorrow morning, can't wait Hope all you lovely ladies have a great weekend. Catch up with you all on Monday x
