Test, test, test, test.

ControlGeek · 22/04/2013 14:50

Oh flipping heck what have I started?! You ladies know I need no encouragement to POAS/IAR/IACC/IAPP!

IF my temps haven't dropped below the coverline tomorrow morning, I will PIAPP (plastic pot) Grin

EverythingIsTicketyBoo · 22/04/2013 14:53

You know how to make the brookers happy Geek Grin

ControlGeek · 22/04/2013 14:57

Arrrghhhh just to fuel my overactive imagination, I have found a chart on FF where someone had a normal AF then 9 days later a BFP. The temp pattern is very similar to mine Confused

RubberBullets · 22/04/2013 14:58

You can't even use the excuse of not having a test as we all know you have more than the local chemist :o

SweetieTime · 22/04/2013 15:00

when I tried to show MrS the stick with the proper line he replied "eugh don't bring that near me when you have peed on it" Confused

keepitgoing · 22/04/2013 15:00

Ooh geek.. All brooking coming your way.

Indeed it was my copious experience of real, arctic, bfns that made me suspicious of my almost-bfn, and made me poa far-superior IC. MrK just thought I was a loon with a very shaky hand. Lucky I'd piar not poas!

geek that's quite sweet of mrgeek re CPs. Does he think I'm a bit mean to freeze my babies then Grin?

keepitgoing · 22/04/2013 15:02

Grin sweetie!

Yes, geek has a billion sticks. I can picture her tapping her fingers thinking 'which of my preciousssssss shall I use' :)

keepitgoing · 22/04/2013 15:03

Also Scarlett Grin at the never-changing stick in the drawer. If only they knew, hey?!

ControlGeek · 22/04/2013 15:06

oooh stoppit I'm snorting with laughter at my desk here and can't explain to anyone why!!! Yes I do have about a billion tests, but I'm not cracking open a posh one until I have at least two, preferably three imaginary lines on ICs first Grin

keep MrG is perfectly ok with the idea of freezing babies, apparently. He is insisting on anything of ours that may survive IVF but not be put back in to be frozen because he can't bear the idea that a potential life be destroyed. So depending on the number of frosties I end up having, we could end up having a very big family Confused

BeedlesPineNeedles · 22/04/2013 15:06

you don't need to look on FF geek just look at smegs :o

:o at my precioussssss

OP posts:
RubberBullets · 22/04/2013 15:08

Don't suppose you have one with you at the moment? If not then make an excuse and go get one

ControlGeek · 22/04/2013 15:10

Sorry rubber I've been chuggin (decaff) coffee like it was going out of fashion all day. so damn thirsty these days

RubberBullets · 22/04/2013 15:14

My first symptom with dd was drinking like a fish :)

keepitgoing · 22/04/2013 15:20

geek that's a lie, you did a FRER just t'other day!

BTW I kind of feel like that too. Three in the freezer...

Is he OK with the clinic destroying them if they are too fast/slow/misshapen? Serious question as he may get upset?

EverythingIsTicketyBoo · 22/04/2013 15:21

I do not believe for a single second that Geek does not have an emergency stick somewhere in her desk/bag/about her person Grin

BeedlesPineNeedles · 22/04/2013 15:25

me neither boo :o

OP posts:
ControlGeek · 22/04/2013 15:29

keep I thought I saw lines on two ICs on Saturday, that's why I cracked open an FRER. I once went through £60+ worth of tests in one month so after that I set myself the rule that I'll only crack the posh ones open now if I've genuine reason to suspect (or AF doesn't turn up on time).

I'm still laughing at the preciousssss - that is what I will be calling them from now on! not that I talk to my sticks, oh no, not me, weirdo!

boo I'm afraid I don't any more. I used to. Posh ones and ICs, minimum of two at any given time. I used to be a right peeaholic.

rubber really? Eek! I'm really brooking my temp stays above the coverline tomorrow. I'd love to do a smegs. IIRC she stopped charting the month before she got her BFP, so we'll never know what her temps did around the time of her false AF.

EverythingIsTicketyBoo · 22/04/2013 15:31

Do you still have the sticks with the lines?? We are quite expert at looking at them for you :):) just to double check!!!

ControlGeek · 22/04/2013 15:33

actually I do boo Blush I will see if they show on a photograph tonight (amazingly they are not on my person either!) I can't believe they are really lines though. FRER are more sensitive than ICs no? There was no so much as a sniff of a line on the FRER even when taken apart and held up to the light

keepitgoing · 22/04/2013 15:34

That woman really fuels the mental.

Ooh geek it'd be better to one-up and find you're five months gone. Any unexplained weight gain? Oh damn, just remembered your op. They may have noticed a whopping great baby.

Apologies for casting doubt on you following your rule. Have you come clean to mrgeek on your poas-ism?

keepitgoing · 22/04/2013 15:36

OK, that's it. How many peed on sticks have you still got, geek Grin

RubberBullets · 22/04/2013 15:39

What time do you get home Geek?
