.....

I'm sure u read somewhere not to do or first thing in the morning, is this true??

Also if it can be easy to miss the surge in hormone should we be doing it twice a day, ie every 12 hours??

Your thoughts and experiences please,

X

I think your first wee of the day is strongest so not to use that one from what I remember unlike with preg tests.

Does it advise anywhere on the packet?

I did twice a day as I was obsessed worried about missing surge.

The hormone that opks read is produced throughout the morning, so you should test from lunchtime-ish onwards. I used to do one around 11.30am, one mid afternoon, and one in the evening around 7pm. Worked for me, I picked up ov every month Smile

HTH.

I've been doing it first thing in the morning every day Blush
I didn't even check just assumed it was like a preg test.

Shall be doing it at lunchtime from now on
