Hi Ladies, i am on another bus but can i join this one too please?

I am 26, ttc DC#4. I have 3 boys age 5,7,9. BFP due 5th feb hopefully not holding out much hope for this month (this is our first month ttc) Anyone testing around that date that wants to hold my hand?

Hi roofio my first son was unplanned at the age of 17, we decided that we didn't want a huge age gap between DC's and then 2 & 3 came along with 2 year gaps. Fell pregnant pretty quick (within a few months). I did say that was it after DS #3 but changed my mind so here i am on the bus, currently on 2ww. How long have you been ttc?

lovethechaos3 yeah I think small age gaps are nice,although I may change my mind when I have one!!Haha. I came off my pill in Nov but defo missed our first month chance being away at my parents over xmas!! so this has been our first month properly trying!! my SIL is due today and I'm getting proper broody!!
do you think you'll defo know when ur pregnant again? did u get any early signs? I have no idea how it will feel!!x

ooooh good luck for this month then i have my FX for you I have lots of friends that have had babies recently and i love being able to get broody and excited about the future with them.
I keep asking myself the same questions haha! I don't remember knowing i was pregnant with my 1 & 3 DS's but my 2nd i just knew, tested nearly a week before af was due and low and behold it was positive. It wasn't any symptoms as such i just felt like i knew. Haven't got that feeling at all this month, had some cramping and thought i was ov-ing again or late but no signs of that, but that could be something to do with pulling my back in the gym last week. trying so hard not to read in to every 'symptom' i have but its just me i suppose! How did you find coming off the pill, did you cycle settle down quickly?

It's my 4th month now was on the pill for 9yrs

My best friend has 4 kids and she tells me sometimes it takes a whole year for the pill to leave your system and I really hope she is wrong.

I think it might different with each woman. I missed the pill for literally one day and i got pregnant with my eldest. I've had the coil for the past 5 years, the one with no hormones so nothing has changed for me in that way luckily

My period went back to normal the month after I came of the pills and I ovulate every month so I hope it's all plus marks. I fell pregnant with my daughter the very first time without even trying so kind of hoped it will be quick again. But then again it's been 9yrs and I am older now.

I've decided that if I ever get a BFP I'm not going back on the pill in between trying as I feel it messes up your hormones too much. I was on it for 14 years - eek! But I spoke to the doctor and he said that the length of time you are on it has nothing to do with your ability to conceive, only with the amount of time it takes to sort out your hormones after coming off it. FX for aeveryone this month.

That's really good, i know from some ladies that have posted there are a few that take a long time to get back to normal, whatever that is haha!

Hello lovesthechaos, yes and counting......I don't know if I have or not I keep telling myself that my boobs hurt but could be all in my head....mind you I didN't have any symthoms with my first. But I did go on amazon and bought a whole pack of cheap tests.....like 50 in a pack lol lets see how long I hold out for huh

well with 50 you can test as much as your heart desires haha!! Keep strong and try and hold off until the 3rd! I am slowly going crazy, this 2ww is rubbish, going really slow. Mainly because I have pulled my back at the gym so my daily routine has gone to shit, too much time on my hands lol!

Lol oh dear......I was even thinking of to he'll with it test everyday until then either way I'll find out right?
