Hello all, I've been hanging around hoping to catch the February bus but it hasn't appeared....So I've decided to get this passion wagon on the road...Anyone else want to get on board?

Delia Pixie do you fancy testing together Friday or Saturday? I won't last until Tuesday haha. I am going to buy a first response one though as quick says. I have more chance of it being accurate then Smile

It is my Youngest DS's 5th birthday today so I have been up since 5.30am after he thought it was an appropriate time to open presents, i told him it wasn't but then couldn't get back to sleep :/

Meant to be going to funeral today, really want to be there but still feel terrible so thinking of taking paracetamol to ease aches and pains to get me there. What do you guys think? whilst I don't think I'll get bfp, it cud be poss and I am about 8dpo, should I take drugs?

I only have a sainsburys cheapy test but it does say it can be used 3 days early, which I think would be Sat. Or maybe I should get a FRER? I just think it might be waste of money given we didn't time BD exactly right and now my body isn't exactly a fertile environment

Fx for all those POAS today.

DD1 & I are still vomiting but mucus & acid now :( feel awful.

DH seems to be a little better and he took DD2 to nursery and she is there till 6pm which is good tbh don't want her catching it.

Def think I'll be jumping on the march bus tho :(

Blue I know what you mean, I just imagined an implantation pain, I was honestly quite sane before we started ttc!!

We dtd on days 9, 11, 13 and I plan on insisting on day 16 too (today!). My last cycle was 30 days so I'm hoping that should cover it, but my last period was the first I've had since coming off the pill so don't know if I'm being too optimistic to think they will have suddenly become regular again?

ohhh blue could be a good sign, although I had an immense metallic taste at 9DPO, one you just couldn't ignore it was so so strong and just got AF so it wasn't a good sign for me Sad

I'm out choc and loves af snuck in without any pain or her usual warning......gutted. Would like to know what the hell all the cramps and metallic taste was about, guess symptoms are a crock of shit, I'm never going to have more symptoms than this month so shall in future ignore all of them and just POAS. Sad

Am sure I'm out this month too & fed up of the bfn's. Am not gonna test til sat morning but am quite certain I won't get that far. When is your next bfp due? U still on feb bus?

pixie only go to funeral if ur well enough hun. You sound rly rough bless you. Paracetomal is completley fine to take though if needed.

So got a bit of. Question, had an ultrasound last week as iv been gettin cramps and pelvic pains for months and with a history of cysts I was referred. Well ultra sound came bck clear and iv got another appointment with the doctor. I remember from the past that he is quick to dismiss any worries that it could b something more than just menstral pains. Iv started writing a diary of pains and period(as its got heavier lately with more clotting) is there anything else that might be a good idea to get him to take me seriously? Dunno who else to ask lol

I know I know I'm a silly bint aren't I!! I am firmly waiting until Monday now Silver and we shall rejoice together :D Just been feeling all crampy and bloated and weird - I never usually get any sign AF is arriving other than 'oh, AF's arrived!' And I'm so not used to all this being aware stuff as DD was a total surprise and I was 7 weeks gone by the time I knew...

This wait is pretty horrible isn't it..?!

Also, got SIL's birthday tomorrow night and MIL/both SIL's will start asking questions if I'm not drinking :s

Then a BIG rugby night out on Saturday - how do I deal with those?

hey setay - your diary sounds like a good idea to get the dr to take you seriously - sounds like a really useful thing to do, might consider it myself to see if there is any pattern to when I get my aches and pains!

Setay could it be mittelschmertz? I have similar pains and had scans etc. Apparently its quite common and can come and go.

Am currently sat at desk in large open plan office trying not to furiously scratch my boobs. They're so itchy! Am either pregnant or insane!

thats the thing one I didnt imagine any of it, with the metallic taste I didnt even know it could be a preggo symptom, I initially thought Id eaten something or was coming down with something.
The cramps again were not imagined they were quite uncomfortable at times. Sad

They are heavier, bigger, hotter and itchy as you like at the moment, been like it for 24/48 hours DH even said 'ooooh hello' idiot to them last night haha!

Is the 2ww always this painfully slow?

right so am still just spotting brown, af should have turned up in full force by now Confused am gonna poas in the morn just to make sure. Im sure its gonna be a bfn as iv been getting cramps with the spotting and that sicky/heavy feeling that i get at beginning of af. Apart from that i havnet had any of the other normal pre af symyoms like achy boobs.
am sure now that ive posted that im gonna poas af will start in full tonight!!!

congrats to those that have already got their bfp and commiserations to those whose af has come.

blondie I'm in the same predicament. I have a hen night tomorrow. Reckon I could be around 10dpo so may test just to see. If any chance of a second line ill definitely be careful.

Been have light cramping since yday so reckon AF due anyday now. Not really have a proper normal cycle since my mmc.

af due fri/sat but have been spotting since tues. don't usually spot for so long. usually just a day or so and then af in full.

was originally planning on poas on fri/sat anyway but when spotting started thought that was it but since its still going but not turned into af am gonna poas stick in morn just to make sure! have got a couple of cheepies left and a cb digi to use once bfp on cheepie!

am desperatly trying not to get hopes up but af is never usually like this.
saying that though i don't really remember what my natural cycle is like as iv been on/off the pill since i was 16 for endometriosis and got pregnant first time trying with ds1 and ds2.

Had a cp/mc back in the summer and then my cycles seemed to be shorter 25/26 days (well shorther than when on the pill!!!). went back on the pill for a couple of months as period pain was getting bad again and came off it begin of jan so maybe my cycles are just still messed up!

That's a long time to spot though so hopefully you'll get the result you want in the morning! I always have a digital one ready for when I get my cheapie BFP Grin I had my mmc in June and no cycle has been the same since. I think it must take a while for body to recover?

Been having a bit if cm so not sure if my bodies telling me AF is on its way or am I allowed to use it as a symptom?
