Vitex Angus Castus - Reviews/thoughts/experiences needed!!!

Hello,
I have been ttc with my fiance for ten months.

Since stopping the pill in Januaryi have had irregular periods. My doctor put this down to stress.

I have heard angus castus can assist with regulating periods, i would be ever so thankful if anybody can provide their experiences on this to help me make a decision whether to try it it not. Thanks in advance for any help !

Well well well - very interesting!!! I posted up thread that I began taking agnus castus at beginning of October after having a crazy cycle for the last couple of years- very very long! 100 plus days sometimes - never under 50 - 60. Had period in December that was 35 days on from the one I had in November, so was thrilled to bits.
Even more thrilled to get period today only 32 days from last one! Been taking the agnus castus very regularly- so pleased with it so far.
I am shocked that after ttc all this time I am actually pleased to get a regular period but I truly am- I feel this herb is giving me back my cycle and therefore giving me a chance to of conceiving.
Will say again though to seek advice before taking it.
