So here I am beginning the 2 week wait after MC the last 2 cycles. Lets hope it's 3rd time lucky for me! Anyone else about to start the count down ?

I have also got bad news AF arrived for me. Still 2 days early, odd as I am usually like clockwork.

So sorry AF got you too Laura. I figure if AF has to show her face then it's better early rather than late. At least it doesn't give you false hope and we can crack on with he next attempt sooner rather than later.

That's a good way to look at it thanks, but the next 2 months look like a no go for us.

DH is out of country during next 'fertile time' and Decembers is on Christmas eve day and boxing day when we are at my parernts! I just don't know if I can do it at my parents house! ( I know I sound about 17)

Hi, I hope you don't mind me joining..... This is my first post on MN so I hope I get it right! DH and I are trying for #1 and I'm on cycle 2 using CBFM. I am currently on what i think is 12 dpo (ov cd 20/21) and until today I had what I thought was some early symptoms - very bloated, cramps and twinges, dizzy spells and the last 2 mornings have woke up feeling very sick and dry heaving badly when trying to brush my teeth! I caved and tested this morning and got a BFN obviously! Also apart from a bit of bloating and a few twinges my 'symptoms' seem to have calmed down. No AF yet (cd 33) and no usual signs she's on the way. Am I going mad and have blown all the 'symptoms' into something there not? :-( I think maybe I had convinced myself I had got really lucky and caught quickly but I have a feeling I'm in for a few more months of this torture yet!

Welcome Foxy. I'm pretty much in the same boat as you. BFN yesterday at 11dpo and lots of similar symptoms. Unfortunately I think many AF symptoms are also the same as pg ones so very . Think ill test again in a few days if AF doesn't show up. Good luck!

Thanks happy. Up until today I was pretty hopeful with my 'symptoms' but as they have dissappered today I have given myself a good stern talking to and told myself to calm down! :-) Just waiting to when AF shows now. Fx for you.

So sorry AF arrived baker & Laura, don't feel bad for feeling gutted baker, last cycle I had what can only be described as a strop at dh when he gave me a kiss & said it's ok, we'll try again (with a big grin on his face & a wink - hes enjoying all the sex!!) Hormones got the better of me & I ended up ranting "it's not fair, why hadn't it happened yet"
This cycle I just cried, and he didn't wink!! He just gave me a hug and made me a cup of tea!!

I must admit I cried. Silly really, only cycle 3.

That will teach me to test early. Stupid Evap.

Tis not silly to cry baker. I'm only on cycle 2 and I cried at both my BFN. DP has banned me from testing early in future even though he knows I'll do it anyway Am sure I'd cry just as much if it was a BFP! Sending some very un Mum's Net hugs x

Well, AF been and gone. Started at 3pm Friday. Very light. Brown not red and only needed one tampon (Sorry, TMI).

AF was sightly early, so I thought it could be.

Probably my hormones still adjusting after 12 years of hormonal contraceptives.

If it was an IB, how long after would it take to show a positive HPT?

I'm on cycle one. 4dpo and in going slightly mental already lol! I feel like I have every symptom possible, including very slight spotting last night(i know this is far too early and more than likely due to dtd sorry for tmi)

Welcome setay. Yes you will drive yourself mad with the symptom spotting during the 2ww I'm afraid! The trouble is most pregnancy symptoms are identical to AF symptoms so its easy to convince yourself. It doesn't seem like it at the time but the 2ww does go fairly quickly. Good luck!

Boo to AF victims. Any news yet Baker I got a BFP 2 days after IB last time out, but I guess it could be up to 5 days if HCG only starts after implantation and doubles every day. Could take up to 5 days to reach 10, IYSWIM?

I'm on cycle 6 TTC#1, 9dpo with an 11 day luteal phase, so I'm supposed to test on Friday I may have POAS this morning... BFN :(

I've been having all sorts of weird crampy, pokey feelings in my uterus this 2WW, but every month has been different since I came off the pill in April (after 13 years!) so I'm trying and failing not to read anything into it.

Hope you're all doing ok and thanks for sharing - it's so helpful to read posts from people in the same position as me.

heyy everyone!! so im not 5dpo and today woke up with back ache kinda near where my kidneys should be. of corse my first thoughts was thats its another symptom! dh is trying hes hardest to keep me ane and explain to me that i probably slept funny.
ohhh well 10 days until af is due.

Thanks Brave. I'll blatantly be POAS every day until AF comes - I've got a cupboard full of internet cheapies. Don't know if they're a good or a bad thing - they're saving me money on expensive tests but it means I cave in at the slightest inkling!!!

Feeling a bit crampy this eve as if AF is just around the corner... Why oh why do pregnancy symptoms have to be the same as AF symptoms???

Soooo I gave in and poas. 6dpo so dunno what I was expecting happen. Now Im sat in a shopping centre surrounded by mums and babies sulking that I hit wasted £7 on a test.

Oh I'm off to the doctors tomorrow bear to see if it is my kidneys.
