This is it for us all :-)

Ooh, that's really interesting, Peardrop, thank you. Not broken then! Dulcet appears to have 2 surges a month.

And it's the kind of term he'd like, Peardrop. He'd just called it sex goo, so I educated him.

And it was him needed converting to CP, not me...it's worked though. Knew he'd like it once tried. Don't even need the recommended teaspoon though!

And you're officially a poo machine. Impressive!

kNickerbockerGloryCherry · 22/09/2012 08:10

That's fantastic, Raspberries. Bri wouldn't have come up with it himself (and I've not broached vitamins yet) but at least he is on board.

Thunder, I'm amazed by his reaction. Maybe he's a bit jealous of his brother too?

Thundercatsarego · 22/09/2012 08:19

Yeah maybe- a bit of fraternal competitiveness?! Either way, its a very good thing!

RaspberrysAndIcecream · 22/09/2012 08:32

Still not peak day yet and it's day 18!!! Bloody hell, this is a long cycle!!

I think dh is now desperate to get me pregnant!! So he'll help anyway he can!! He was quite disappointed last month, and seeing me upset at all the announcements has made him really want to "do his bit" so to speak. He is lovely, I'm very lucky to have him!!

And pear - that's a lot of poo!!! Hope you're feeling better now.

kNickerbockerGloryCherry · 22/09/2012 08:42

It is, Thunder! I'm certainly not complaining :-)

And I was given some Wellman vitamins. Only got 30, but I think he's agreed to take them. I'm blown over by his new enthusiasm.

In fact, I'm almost tempted to say that this is cycle 1 of TTC PROPER!

Thundercatsarego · 22/09/2012 08:45

This is great, rasp and kNic, and it's only right that these boys take some of the responsibility, after all our chats previously about us having to put in most of the effort. Love it!

pear, that sounds like hard work! Maybe you'll feel a bit lighter better after all that no. 2 action?

letskiwithisthing · 22/09/2012 09:02

Good morning - guess what I just had my first ever smiley on CD21 :) wooo (don't give up hope Raspberries) was so pleased to see it that I went in the bedroom to show DH, you'd think it was a BFP I wish

Anyway we have DTD on CD12, 13, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20 so far so I'm happy with that! Twice on CD18 actually Wink Couple of wasted early ones buy hey ho! Going to carry it on this weekend now and keep all my fingers and toes crossed for this month! :)

Nic sounds like you're both fired up and ready to go with a whole new energy now! Hope something comes of all our efforts!!

Hi to everyone else, going to have a nice cuppa now and watch something on planner while I wait for DH to get up! Love weekends!!

DulcetMoans · 22/09/2012 09:19

That's really interesting pear, thanks do much. I just thought it was false as the line wasn't there like nic said. It was more of a smudge. Plus, it's so early! Can you get two surges a month? This one was CD9!

Feel like I'm missing something without the CP then!

RaspberrysAndIcecream · 22/09/2012 09:21

Thanku lets - my cycles have been all over the place, its hard not to compare to last months peak on day 16. Yeah for smiley for u!!! My peak last month showed on the monitor & I literally jumped up & down in excitement!!!

Its very hard to chill out, but hoping to today!! Off for a hair cut today, time to relax!! Whats everyone else doing this weekend?!

Raspberrys - hair cut & trying to chill!!
Lets - DtD as she got a smiley!!! Lol!!!

kNickerbockerGloryCherry · 22/09/2012 09:29

You can get more than one surge, Dulcet, but only OV once. Have to just keep shagging! I'm not even testing yet. I am shagging though :-)

And w00t for lets...just when you'd given up! You'd best get shagging too. ;-p

I have my final dress fitting shortly. Other than that it's housework and I have some witness statements to do. Boo!

DulcetMoans · 22/09/2012 09:45

Ok, well everyday is a learning day on here. Getting in it just incase. Legs in air as we speak, trying not to cough!

More smileys at the same time, should make for interesting test time in two weeks! Wasn't there some testing going on today??

Good luck at dress fitting nic, you taking anyone with you?

RaspberrysAndIcecream · 22/09/2012 09:57

Enjoy ur dress fitting Nic!! Very close now!! Fantastic!!

letskiwithisthing · 22/09/2012 09:58

Thanks everyone, was starting to think they wouldn't work for me as was constantly seeing a big fat empty circle! So reassuring!

Now going to DTD as DH going to work soon, going to meet some old work colleagues for lunch, then out for a few drinks with my friends tonight - will try to be sensible but going to have a few! Hope you all have a fabulous day and will check in later if I get chance or if not tomorrow to catch up with the POAS'ers :) x

peardrop2 · 22/09/2012 10:14

Dulcet happy to help. This is your first smiley of this cycle right?

Lets woop woop smiley dance :-)

Nicola have fun at fitting :-)

OP posts:
DulcetMoans · 22/09/2012 10:16

Yeah, first one. Was gone this morning. Last month was CD7 and CD17 I think so see what happens this time!

peardrop2 · 22/09/2012 12:13

Dulcet I once had a smiley face two weeks before my peak on the CBFM. When I asked the GP for an explanation she said maybe the first smiley was my body gearing up to ovulation. Have you had a 21 days blood test yet confirming ovulation?

OP posts:
DulcetMoans · 22/09/2012 12:28

No, I've not been to the doctors about TTC yet. My last visit when i mentioned we were planning to try she said we would need to try a year before getting any help so no point going back to her.

kNickerbockerGloryCherry · 22/09/2012 12:37

Fitting was lovely :-) She didn't provide the promised bubbly though. Boo!

Now having cocktails in the pub. Bit tipsy.

peardrop2 · 22/09/2012 12:54

Dulcet this is just a thought but if you get a second smiley it might be worth asking for a 21 days blood test or even booking a blood test the day you get your smiley yourself for 7 days ahead. Blood test needs to be 7 days after you get your smiley face. In my experience if you take matters into your own hands they don't have much of a say. In the end I started booking blood tests with the nurses left, right and centre. Just a thought buy hey FX this was your one and only smiley!!

OP posts:
peardrop2 · 22/09/2012 12:55

Nicola congratulations...you're ready to walk down the aisle!!! Mmmmm cocktails!

OP posts:
peardrop2 · 22/09/2012 12:59

Oh god reading back my own post it looks like I've become some agony bossy aunt!! I'm so sorry ladies, I'm just desperate to help!!

OP posts:
kNickerbockerGloryCherry · 22/09/2012 13:03

Your doctors are clearly better than mine, Peardrop, as you can only have tests the doctor has ordered. :-/

Yep, ready and waiting to wed!

peardrop2 · 22/09/2012 13:04

I think Zita's gone to my head... Who do I think I am? Pear West? :-)

OP posts:
kNickerbockerGloryCherry · 22/09/2012 13:24

That's a porno name, ha ha!

DulcetMoans · 22/09/2012 13:49

Haha. That is a good name. I know you're only trying to help though pear, don't worry. I need the help anyway, I dunno what I'm doing!!
