Fx for September 2012 BFP!

Thought I would start a September thread as I loved being on the August one so much. Just a pity August wasn't my month!

Anyhoo onwards and upwards. Hoping this will be a lucky month for me and everyone else hoping for BFPs

I'm on cd7 at the mo and just started using the clearblue opk to feed my poas addiction til ov :) I think I'll be ov around the 23rd and hoping for my BFP on 6 september as a fabulous birthday present.

Morning all! Just curious to know, what's everyone else's approach to drinking while TTC? We went to a family wedding last night, and I may have had a couple of shandys drank like a fish but I figure that as I am about 1dpo even if we have got lucky this month, it wouldn't be implanted yet and therefore not affected?! What do you think?

I got a bfn on a fr this morning so think af probably on the way. :-( so disappointed as really went for it this month and thought we'd covered all the bases.

I drink in the 2 weeks before I ovulate and then don't on the 2ww, but I am only on cycle 1.

Will be very intrested in what others do.

lexi I don't change any eating drinking habits until I have a bfp. Other than to eat healthily. If getting upduffed doesn't happen on the first month dd took 15 cycles That's a long time to go without alcohol etc.

That said I generally only drink post AF/pre Ov anyway, but that's more to do with how if feel during my cycle than actively or consciously avoiding it. the same as craving eating sugary foods just before AF

Well the month I concieved DD I had a bit to drink drank like a fish and spent most weekends hammered

We didn't think it would happen, and with my birthday and Christmas stop making excuses

I stopped the moment I got my BFP. The placenta doesn't take over for the first few weeks anyway that's my excuse an I'm sticking to it

I try to drink a bit less but will still have a drink if I'm out etc. this tww I'll be on holidays for a week so I'm def having a few glasses of wine.
I would stop as soon as bfp. DH is very hot about it DVD would not let me if I wanted to!

Af still staying away. Tempted to test again tonight.
Drinking wise I'm a very occasional drinker and will stop on bfp. Last pregnancy is had an occasional small wine or wine spritzer after first trimester. Might have one tonight.

i have given up everything whilst ttc no drinking, no caffeine its killing me, no smoking apart from a crafty fag when i got a bfn 2 months ago, no liver.

This unconcieved baby better be worth it, there is caffeine in chocolate!

AF due tues but tested todayBFN. Really disappointed but not surprised however I do have sore tender boobs which I don't get with AF. Aw well always next month fx

I never used to get sore boobs, littlepink, but for some reason, now I'm TTC, they're now a 'feature' of my cycle. Great. Last month they were so sore that I could barely concentrate on my work :-/

Only other time I have had sore boobs is when I've. Been pregnant! But mother nature has strange way of behaving when you just want that BFP. I used an Earl Response which definitely should have showd up as it is 2 days before the witch due. Sooo sad

Got pregnant 1-2 on digital.
Still not really believing it after only thinking we start giving it a shot this month. I don't mean to be bragging by that, last time took 8 months so was expecting the same this time. I was convinced I wasn't pregnant then convinced I was over last few days. Oddest was weird dreams, dreamt of dead people last night and fell asleep in ds's room while putting him to bed. That was a giveaway as nOrmally go to bed quite late.
