Conceive Plus

Please can anyone tell me if they have had BFP when using Conceive Plus?

Yes, we have been to the doctors together.
We both have underlying problems, so a positive is not totally unexpected.
I have a 4 cm chocolate cyst on one ovary.
He has had vasectomy reversal, after 23 years, and the sperm are slow swimmers, but the great news is THEY ARE THERE. !
So before we opt for ICSI or IVF, we were hoping a few tubes of Conceive plus might help.
We only use the Conceive plus, for the few days (3 or 4 ) before and after my ovulation, when we try in earnest.
