I keep hearing about different foods and supplements that may help your chances of conceiving...

Are any actually proven? Just wondering what people have been eating and believe really can help.

I'm trying to eat more healthily with lots of fruit & veg but feel I could be doing more.

I go to Accupuncture and she told me to avoid peas and orange juice (apparently both bad for fertility) she said to eat oily fish twice a week, lots of leafy greens and to take since supplements and something called spa tone which makes sure your womb lining is in good condition for implantation! As well as your five fruit and veg a day.

Obviously don't know how much of this is exactly true but this is what she recommends! X
