If you won't accept an negative test as being accurate, then it's too early to test.

Wait until AF is due/you're late. That way, you'll still get the same result (or a clear, def +ve) without having to debate whether its accurate, as AThing said, and you won't waste money on tests. Easier said than done obviously... :o
