Hmm day 5 of 7 day pill break

Last pill (mercilon) was on Sunday and no period yet. I've done a pregnancy test which is negative as I hoped it would be because I've not missed a single pill. (Then again dd was a microgynon baby hence I switched brand). But usually I'll take last pill Sunday and af will start Wednesday. Should I restart the pack on Monday again even if still no period? Thanks!

I have no idea about restarting the pill again if you've missed a bleed. I would ask your pharmacist. I am generally too shy/embarassed/busy to book a doctor app just for advice, but a good pharmacist should know all about contraception, and you can just walk in and ask them whenever you like. Mine had great advice when I was on anti-biotics and unsure how long they would affect the pill for. Far better than NHS Direct!

AF arrived this morning. I knew I wanted to come on but grr I bloody hate them!

Start the next pack as normal if you've taken them all on time and not had antibugs or D&V etc in the month.

Very unlikely to be PG if you've taken all the pills properly according to the leaflet in my pack! Yasmin say to speak to GP if you've missed bleeding twice in a row.

I don't tend to start until day 4 of the break anyway, so you may not be really late yet. Did you only just switch brands?
