Had my daughter almost three years ago and had to have a manual removal of the placenta in theatre. Were thinking of trying for our second and it didn't really cross my mind there would be any problems conceiving but having read up on the risks of a manual removal im really worried about that endometriosis and any other thing that may prevent me getting pregnant as easily as i would have hoped. Does anyone know of anyone who has any experience or advice i would be very grateful.

I had the placenta manually removed after the birth of my second child but conceived very easily the next time I tried. Good luck.
