Milk in breasts - could I be pg?

I stopped bfing my first child 2 months ago and have been trying for another baby since. By my calculations I might be 3 weeks pg at the mo if I am lucky. I happened to squeeze my boob and milk came out. I could not swear it but I thought I had dried up completely. Does his mean I might be pg? Would love to be but too early for test.

Funny how qucikly I got to thinking about trying next time - which for me will be ien a couple of days since my cycles are so short.
