Hello!

I've ordered this book, It's coming tomorrow, just wondering if anyone has read it and found it useful or not?

Apparently it has really good reviews! Five star on Amazon! xx

yes, really really helpful, should be read by all GP's giving fertility advice who are still fixated on the 28 day cycle!I knew a bit about timing to do with egg white fluid etc but hadnt realised that i wasnt always ovulating at this time, which i found out through temp taking. i had it recommended by an american friend(she got pregnant after ages trying after reading this & so had a lot of her friends). took me 14 months in total to conceive first time around with my daughter but 6 months to conceive the second (unfortunately miscarried) & now waiting to do pregnancy test for 3rd time after 2 months of trying (& i'm now nearing 40 so expecting it to get harder to conceive not easier - or maybe am just more chilled).
good luck, i know it can feel pretty stressful at times!!!

I've recommended it so many times on here Dh thinks I should take commission! I read it about aoug year after ttc with no joy. Nice thing is due to other circumstances we're having a couple of months not trying but I understand my cycle well enough to just avoid having sec on my fertile days rather than going back on.the pill.
It's well worth the money!

Fab book. Helped me identify a medical condition not recognised by my doctors and then when that was fixed it helped me get pregnant in two cycles. I cant believe the stuff in that book is not taught in schools. It should be.

happy reading,

PS I also really recommend www.fertilityfriend.com as an easy way to do charting.

BetamaxBandit · 23/03/2011 00:48

No I found it totally useless - it didn't tell me anything I didn't know already (just from being on mumsnet). I sold my copy on ebay not so long ago.

iggi999 · 23/03/2011 16:06

As someone starting charting it really helped me, even though I would now chart on fertilityfriend rather than paper, it showed me what it was all about. Got pregnant a month after getting the book, so you never know..
