Has anyone felt like they were coming down with a bug but actally been PG?

I feel really lousy, AF due on 16th, mild crampiness but mostly feeling so light headed that I'm having to lie down all the time, and just really achey, like the tail end of flu.

Anyone else felt like this, and then got a BFP? Pretty please?

I know Mumsnet can't actually TELL me I'm pregnant, but you know. It's either this or POAS again. And quite frankly, it gets expensive!

Ooh, I hope so! Sounds just like the beginning of both my pregnancies!
BTW, the sticks are cheap on ebay. The ones that are just like card are fine, you don't need the big plastic outer.

Thanks Dr.Seuss. I've got a packet of internet cheapies in the cupboard that I'm working my way through. Never tried them before, but you're right, the highstreet versions do seem to consist mostly of plastic casing. These companies are raking it in!

Did you think you were actually ill when you got PG? Or were the symptoms milder than that? If I wasn't so desperately hoping to be PG I would have written this off as some kind of bug by now!

The first time, yes, I thought I had a bug. Second time I had a pretty good idea what it was. Aches all over, exhausted no matter how long I slept, everything just too much effort. Bit of nausea first time, major nausea second time. You could do a quick test, just for fun,not because it will be conclusive or anything! And you MUST let us know what happens!
