Secondary Infertility - Acupuncture or Reflexology?

Hiya, been ttc no. 2 for a year now & have been diagnosed with low progesterone & a short luteal phase. I've tried all the usual suspects - vit B6, B Complex, Agnus Castus etc & I'm currently awaiting my 1st appointment with the Fertility Consultant.

But in the meantime, I thought I might give acupuncture or reflexology a go, but I'm not sure which is better? Also, any recommendations for practioners in the North Hampshire/Surrey area would be great

i have had two sessions of accupuncture to date. I am also ttc.I have had needles in wrists, feet, ankles and tummy. Its quite pleasurable which is odd considering needles are going in.I really cant explain it other than it makes me feel so relaxed and the feeling lasts for days which for me is great cos i have busy career and have a toddler to look after. I would think its worth a try even if it just calms you down.ttc is a very stressful thing to deal with

Reflexology worked for me (with the addition of some drugs.....)!

I had 6 weeks of reflexology earlier this year with no success. I'm going to try reiki now.
