Anyone else here with adult acne and irregular periods who *doesn't* have PCOS?

No, I don't. Went off the pill in May, but only started TTC last month. I've had a couple of normal periods, one completely missed and a couple late. Am not overweight, but I've always had problem skin. Now worried that the signs aren't good... but hoping that this doesn't have to be the case!

I'm afraid it sounds familiar although it could just be your hormones taking a while to settle back down
