Rachel was chasing this eons ago and isn't in today so I'll check with her when she comes back tomorrow- it's DK sparkly books right?
We're really sorry - we do try hard to chase comps and champs does a great job trying to make it all run smoothly but sometimes there comes a comp that will never end....
If you could bear to email [email protected] with your address details - again (I know - I'm sure you've done this before but it'll save Rachel trawling thro her inbox) we'll get onto it and see if we can resolve tomorrow
