The competition prize is the one outlined on the competition page champs links to.

One of the possible entry requirements is to fill in the disney princess survey and one of the additional things you can win if you do that is a disney princess outfit.

The survey is for parents of girls, but that doesn't mean you can't enter the igloo comp - you just have to do one of the other entry requirements.
