Has anybody WON something, BUT NOT BEEN GIVEN THE PRICE? Won Europa Park, but...

I won Europa Park in the post listing competition a few weeks ago, but despite saying "Yes I want it" within 5 days, it has been nearly two weeks and several emails, and I have not been contacted.
So now, as we have waited around so we can see if we can fit it around our own holiday arrangements, and price is to be taken before 18th August and only on certain days, looks like we will lose out. So, naturally quite upset.
Has anybody had similar experiences??

I am sure if you hassle MN they will sort it out for you

tell them you need the dates to be extended

(and in answer to your question, no, my prizes have always turned up, and when one had a bit missing they sent another one)

I won an alton towers break and it arrived within a couple of days, hope you get it sorted out and are able to go.

Thanks Olivia, he called this morning apologising for the mixup as he had just seen my mails today he said, but I was busy with getting the baby ready for nursery so asked if he could please call back in 20 minutes, but he didnt. So back to square one. School breaks up on the 20th, and we have waited to book our holiday hoping they would get in touch, but if we were to go away anywhere this school holidays we've now HAD to book. At the very least they should let us take it after the deadline of mid august.

By coincidence he just phoned now, I explained the situation and he will call me back later. Hopefully we can get this sorted.
