Oh dear I am so sorry but there is a problem with my chocolate fountain :-(

We finally unpacked it, in readiness to wow our friends in a 70s style, at a party tomorrow, and there is a bit missing.

Oh woe, what should I do?

It is the three tiers, ie the bit that the chocolate wells up in. Or not, in this case
