Just to say there's a new competition up here

It's Barbie based so don't look if that's not your thing, but if you have a little one into fairies, it's definitely worth checking out.

Yes - I feel really guyilty for saying so - but it was !! I was disappointed anyway !

I just thought they might have given them a decent gift - there were no drinks - you had to buy them from the cinema and they hadn't even decorated the foyer !

I feel guilty being so ungrateful - but it was a bit of a crap way to spend Mothers Day - and I had to get up at 7.30 to get her there for 8.45 !!

Oh don't be put off - the kids will love it (tickets are for 4 people in total by the way - so include adults !) and they never even loked at ours !

Just don't expect too much - I think I exepected too much !!

I even thought maybe the goodie bag would include a doll or DVD !! How I laughed !!

No idea what Mumsnet got out of it - but it was a bit of a rip off in my opinion !

Just thought I'd put an update on here.

The tickets for us to attend 'fairy school' didn't arrive ( dd) so I emailed MN Towers and they contacted Mattel, who sent an apologetic email and :- the goody bag (with bracelet and postcards;a dvd of the film we were supposed to see, and a family ticket to attend a film of our choice.
Plus a second parcel with a Barbie doll and the fairytopia Dvd game and a set of Karaoke Fairy wings(!).
Dd is chuffed to bits with all her goodies

No, actually, I haven't.

But DD loves 'em. But because she doesn't know the words of any of the songs, she does this 'not-quite-humming'/'not-quite-singing' thing - boy does that hurt to listen to....

So pleased to hear they've arrived and it's resolved.
