Ooh, my first win How do I claim?

Quick question for winners of previous competitions: how long did you have to wait between receiving the 'Congratulations!' email from Mumsnet (assuming you responded to it straight away, which I did!) and receiving your prize?
I suspect Mumsnet have done their bit but the sponsor/prize company are dragging their feet...

I won some JL vouchers back in December, was emailed the Friday before Xmas and received the vouchers on 7th January.

Thanks for the reply! By sheer coincidence (I think!) the company rang today and they're delivering my stuff on Friday. Exciting!
