I thought it was a lucky dip/random person chosen, rather than a specific winning tip/review. I think everyone who enters a tip/review through the link goes into the prize draw.

I think I read in one of their weekly e-mails that they were getting by without it and so had decided to stop it for the time being.
I remember this was around the time that Boden got those really large adverts. Grin
