We have a farmhouse style house in the middle of a very nice Devon village. The house has five bedrooms, three bathrooms (two ensuite) living room, dining room, kitchen, utility, study/playroom and garden with lovely view. The house is about 300 years old and is next to a small river and overlooks countryside. We have three pre school children and so lots of toys, plus one cat to look after.
Location is about 35 minutes from the East Devon coast at Sidmouth and a little further to Exmoor. Nearest city is Exeter about 25 minutes away.
We want a house or flat that will sleep four plus cot space, close as possible to the coast in France in the school summer holiday or just before.
