Wanted a little recommendation on whether relaxor helps in relieving back ache or would that be not effective. Are there any alternatives of back supports which could help in relieving the back pain.

I’ve not heard of this but am interested - do you have a link to it so that I can take a look please?

It probably depends on what’s causing the back pain, so I’d check with a pharmacist or GP before trying Relaxor. A heat pack, gentle movement and advice from a physiotherapist may help, and a back support isn’t always necessary or suitable for everyone. If the pain is persistent or getting worse, it’s worth getting it assessed.

Try getting a massage as that works when your muscles relax and the pain from your body is released.
