UK recommendations for red light therapy devices for endometriosis pain

I've been reading about red light therapy devices for endometriosis pain, with some good reviews. But on American forums so the devices recommended aren't found in the UK / come with high shipping costs. Any recommendations from the UK or experiences using these devices?

Do you mean a red light therapy bed?

I would say most large cities and towns in the UK would have a facility where they are available for sessions.

Red light man is good but not cheap. I'd say they're the higher end of the market. We use the cheapest handheld one.

I'm looking to buy one as the recommendation to me was to use it 4-7 times a week and then one nearest me charges £60 per 20 mins session! Not necessarily a bed but a belt or something that can target the sore areas

Thanks! This is handy. Has it helped?

There are red light therapy facilities available in the UK so you can find it and experience it.

I’d be interested to hear about this too, as there seem to be quite a few claims about red light therapy but not much clear evidence for endometriosis specifically. I’d be cautious about spending a lot until you’ve checked the evidence and spoken to your specialist.

Yes, it has helped, though we don't use it for pain. It improves our energy and it stopped one of my children being violent & aggressive. We are super sensitive and found we had side-effects from starting/increasing it (mostly sudden bursts of irritability). We had to work up in 30-second increments every day or two, but I think that's fairly rare to react that much.
