Hi

I am looking to see if anyone has ever used a chiropractor for back pain and if it helped. Would anyone recommend using one?

Yes chiropractic treatment works for me, the benefit is pretty instant compared to other types of treatment that I’ve tried.

Yep, I loved it and it definitely helped. He did cupping also but I honestly don’t know if that made any difference.
I quit though after hearing a lot of horror stories about people becoming paralysed but I would love to go back.

Yes I’ve used a few times but after last experience I wouldn’t again. Was left in severe pain, turns out I had 2 slipped discs. I would definitely recommend an osteopath however, mine could tell from symptoms and touch that issue was disc related and his letter got me an urgent MRI.

My husband has 3 slipped disc and sees a chiropractor roughly every 6 months, does wonders for him. If you are based in the north west i can recommend one.

Yes, really helpful. But even more helpful alongside doing daily stretching and starting to get a bit more active. But overall very good.

Yes, definitely if you get a good one. I went with back injuries rather than long lasting issues. Instant or near instant pain relief each time. One also did a bit of acupuncture as well.
