Hi week tomorrow I’ve been suffering with leg pain symptoms are cold numbing pins and needles doesn’t feel right when I walk my leg feels like it’s on fire any advice would be helpful please

Go to the Dr. They need to rules out causes. Low b12 for example can cause pins & needles in hands/legs and can cause neurological symptoms that can affect legs/walking etc (& can become permanent if not treated) although it would usually affect both tbh.
However, you definitely need some checks so they can determine if it’s muscular, trapped nerve or an underlying problem causing the issue.

My husband's was low B12 but they missed it on the test and then he waited a year for neurology! Can't help to take a supplement in the meantime.

Do NOT take a supplement before any blood test, it could skew the results.

That sounds painful. Cold, numb, burning leg pain could be a nerve or circulation issue, so it’s best to get it checked by a doctor soon.
