Crutches and toddlers?

Hey all, so I’m here looking for some advice.

I have an almost 2 and almost 4 year old and pretty much rely full time on at least one crutch. I’m days that dad is home I can take my oldest out easily and same for my youngest.. however the nursery runs where I have to take both is becoming a struggle. My youngest is still a little too wobbly for reigns and wants picking up a ton and I’ve thought about the pushchair but it doesn’t seem safe? Does anyone have any ideas please?

My idea would be putting the 2 year old in a pram and pushing that with the 4 year old walking alongside.

I am meant to use two crutches but often end up on one because of carrying stuff - been that way for around 8 years.

With the children, you can find push chairs that are more shopping trolley height so help you with walking with one crutch and stabilise your walking. Problem is cost and getting too reliant on it as children will soon be walking!

Toddler size baby carrying device for the little one if they're willing? A buggy and go slowly?
Are you able to ride a bike? Electronic bike with wagon attached to stick the kids in?

Or an electric scooter or electric wheelchair and little one sits on your lap and the big one walks or scoots next to you or uses a buggy board
