Hi I wondered if anyone has completed this three week in-person programme and if so what was it like. I've been referred by my regions pain clinic to this centre. I am willing to try new approaches to pain management but I am scared about being away from home for three weeks.

I have atypical facial pain as well as suna headaches and chronic hemiplegic migraines. I'm scared that they won't recognise how debilitating my migraines and other conditions are. I've been ill 14 years, lost my career and lots else like most of us with chronic illness.

Any feedback about the centre would be good. I am particularly interested in psychology input. Thanks
