Gifts for Chronic pain

What gift do you wish you had given yourself earlier for a Chronic Pain condition? Looking for some Xmas ideas can be big or small but maybe but something that’s really obvious.

Heat pads or hot water bottles. I have a long wrap around one thats bloody amazing!
A v shaped pillow.
A laptop desk/tray that you can use lying down
Nice bath products( if the person has a bath, i spend loads of time in the bath when my pain is bad)
Soft, comfy pjs or loungewear that has few or no buttons.
A heated throw.

Lap tray is good idea and body heat pads. Thanks will have look at what’s around.
