hot apple cider

does anyone have a recipe for the (American) non-alcoholic sort (for teenage party!).

Hot spiced apple juice

400 ml apple juice
100 ml orange juice
Juice of one lemon
some nutmeg (though I have forgotten this without impact)
Cinnamon stick

Heat all ingredients together and leave to simmer for five minutes. Serve with sliced orange.

In the quantities above you get two large mugs worth, I just scale the recipe up in the same proportions to make more.
