What do I do with a Chocolate log?!

I've just made and iced a chocolate beauty, but am just thinking I may have done it a bit soon for Christmas! Should I keep it in the fridge or just on the side covered? Don't want it to taste stale by the big day.....

Eat it. All. Yourself.

cover very loosely in foil or in a large airtight tin and all should be fine

xmas eve counts though doesnt it so you can eat it tomorrow!

Runoutofideas · 23/12/2009 16:15

I'm trying hard not to! It's already on a plate so won't fit in a tin - even if I could find one!

Do it, eat it now....then make another tomorrow.

Flush it down the toilet

Cover in foil - genius. Note to self - do not mistake for turkey and put in the oven. Not very good at this stuff, as you may have guessed. Thanks though.

Ha ha - thought you'd had prior experience of my culinary skills, then realised what you meant!

Mines covered in cling film and in the fridge.

Looks more like a chocolate tree trunk than a log but hey ho...
