I know I know.Another what to buy thread but Im seriously stumped.

I have to get something for a woman aged early 50s . This is for a friends husband and together we cant come up with an idea for my friend.

She likes techy stuff but already has phone ,camera & laptop that shes happy with. She isnt into music so a MP3 player isnt suitable. She doesnt really play games either so not a console. She has a gold watch that she wears constantly and a good quality backup just in case. She already gets lots of other jewellery from her family. She isnt into clothes much and just buys what she needs from Debenhams BHS etc. She wouldnt appreciate food/chocs/wine.

Her Dh resorted to money for her birthday so cant repeat that. She tends to spend spare cash on others anyway so not much fun for her.

I have to come up with something by tomorrow hopefully.

Please get your thinking caps on. What are you having yourself /buying for older relatives

National Trust membership?

RSPB membership?

Oxfam virtual gift?

Smellies?

Photo-album or really nice journal?

Get her some nice foodie gift from Oxfam - that way her gift will be helping someone else who doesn't have everything.
