Help making a shoebox for mil

She is in her 70s and not very well, we invited her here for xmas but she wants to stay home so will be alone. I want to send her a box of little things to open xmas morning. Stuff like bath bomb, chocs, pictures from the kids, little treats iykwim. But thats about as far as I have got. Any ideas? I can make it up to 2kg so it can go special delivery.

Fancy patterned nail files.
Cotton hankies.
Super soft socks/bedsocks.
Some of those over sized individual Quality Streets.
Nice face flannel.
Gloves.
A christmas cracker.

magazine (small format)
keyrings or coasters made with photos or drawings by DC
roll-on cooling lavender
miniature christmas cake

Pen.

Anyone know the poem "Let me die a young man's death" - god preserve me from hankies and lavender! However socks would be great. Shower stuff as she may not be able to get into her bath. Food and drink - we used to do things like tinned smoked oysters and while I think they were passed on the idea was appreciated. Mini rolls or cake bars. Mince pies. Mini sausage rolls. Baby bel. Mini pringles, after eights, small brandy (medicinal). Cloth to clean glasses (most older people have them).

She doesnt have a shower! Little tinned things is a great idea, we have a fab shop locally which does unusual stuff, will have to have a look round.
