OK, I'm an outside lighting virgin. I have a rope light, some gutter hooks (can't reach the gutter but that's another story!). What do you fix the lights to on the side of the windows to keep it nice and straight? I see houses with a nice rope light all the way round the windows in a neat square. I bought some clips at great expense but they don't bloody well fit. This is getting on my wick now; it'll be new year before I get them up
