Nothing. They are lovely but they are DH's family and I won't do his Christmas shopping for him.

MIL and PIL are almost impossible to buy for. DH gets his dad a bottle of single malt every year. We've started getting his mum a pair of nice (tiny) earrings from the jewellers, which goes down well. Otherwise, it's a fleecey jumper for her.

They're getting a photo calendar too, though - thank god for Photobox!

FIL - senior moments mug and mints
MIL - senior moments mug and shopping bag

ok it might offend some but my MIL who was in the shop when i got them though it was a fab gift!

for their b'days in january planning on getting them this personalised to them both from all their GC's. (Reminds me to speak to SIL about it!)

vouchers for concert tickets. They prefer that kind of thing rather than stuff they don't need.

Digital photo frame preloaded with pics of dd for mil - they're crap at remembering to take photos but like to have them. case of 12 beers from around the world for fil - each year he's harder to buy for, no hobbies, doesn't read/ listen to music/ watch films, and we've run out of garden stuff to buy!
