Laptop lap rest

DH wants a laptop lap rest for christmas - to stop the burnt thighs effect. So far, my top option is the Cushtop. Has anyone got any recommendations?

I have this one from IKEA.

Prof - does that have polystyrene beads in it? I was wondering if that sort of thing would squash down after a while, like bean bags do?

It doesn't feel like polystyrene beads, but equally I'm not sure what it is.
